Business Accounting · Clearwater, Florida

Books you never think about. Numbers you actually use.

Monthly accounting done by the same office that plans your taxes and runs your payroll. You get clean books, real financial statements, and answers from people who already know your business.

Most business owners inherit a patchwork: a bookkeeper here, a payroll service there, a tax preparer they see once a year. Each one only sees a slice, and the gaps between them are where money gets lost.

Our business accounting works differently because everything happens under one roof. The person closing your books sits steps away from the person planning your taxes. When something in the numbers looks off, or looks like an opportunity, it gets flagged in the same building instead of falling between vendors.

The Value of One Firm

One coordinated firm can reduce fragmented responsibilities, repeated handoffs and the gaps that appear when several providers each see only part of the picture.

Questions

Asked and answered

What size business is the right fit?
We typically serve established businesses with $1 million to $25 million in annual revenue, and select earlier-stage companies when their complexity or growth justifies a full-service relationship. At that level, coordinated accounting and tax planning start finding real money.
Can you take over from our current bookkeeper or software?
Yes. We begin with a diagnostic review, clarify responsibilities and build a transition plan with you and your current providers, coordinating the transfer of records and clear handoff dates. A routine conversion may finish within one accounting cycle; when historical cleanup or complex reconciliations are involved, the first reliable close can take longer. We set the expected timeline after seeing the books.
Do we have to use QuickBooks?
Most clients run on QuickBooks and our team includes certified ProAdvisors, but we work with what fits your operation. If a change would help, we will tell you why before we suggest it.
How is this different from hiring an in-house accountant?
You get a full team, including senior review and tax strategy, typically for less than the cost of one full-time hire, with no coverage gaps for vacations or turnover.
